How to remove default index page from new hosting account
This is a default home page provided by sichost with new hosting account. You may delete it at anytime.
Normally, when you publish your website, the default page will not show anymore.
Here is the easiest way to change the default home page:
1. Go to your control panel and open the File Manager
2. Go inside the folder “public_html†where you find default.html
3. Remove this File
4. Now upload your own website content here.
If you still see the default page, try refreshing (reloading) your site.
It is very simple!
